Luxury Houses in Manuel Antonio
Payment Terms:
50% of rental agreement total on Reservation
50% of rental agreement total 60 Days Prior to Arrival
Once payment is received we will send you confirmation of your reservation.
Damage Policy & Property Rules:
- Guests are responsible for the cost of any damages caused by any members of the party from intentional damage or misuse of the property and its furnishings.
- No parties or events allowed without the prior consent of the owner.
- A $150 penalty will be charged for “Lost Keys”.
- No smoking is permitted in the house / Smoking only permitted in outdoor areas.
- Pets only allowed with prior approval, fee $250 per animal.
Services Included in Rental Rate:
- Maid service daily (Monday – Saturday)
- Groundskeeper and Pool Cleaning (Monday, Wednesday & Friday)
Cancelation Policy:
If we rebook your dates you will receive a full refund minus a $400 processing fee. If you notify us of the cancellation 4 months or more in advance you can opt to apply your payment to future dates (within 18 months of the cancelation date).
Disclaimer:
The owner of the house or its agent My Vacation CR SA, are not responsible for any accidents or thefts that happen at the property. Safes are provided in the villa for us for personal valuables. If you carry expensive equipment we recommend you to get insurance.
