Payment policy
- Bedrooms not rented will not be offered to anyone else
- Occupancy is based on 2 people per room until all bedrooms are rented
- For each guest above 12 in a 6 bedroom rental, there is an additional fee:
- $75 a night in high season and holiday weeks
- $61 a night in mid season
- $47 a night in low season
Chef
Chef services cost $150 a day for one meal or $190 a day for 2 meals, your choice of which 2 meals each day and your choice of menu. These rates are for up to 10 people, each additional person costs $15 a day. The cost of food is additional, the chef will do all of the shopping for you and bring you the receipts.
